One try and you'll want to go back to Pompeii

It really doesn't get much better than this. It is my day off. The kids are out tormenting the neighbors (i.e., not at home), hubby is golfing and it is a gorgeous 65 degrees out. Beach Buds in Jacksonville Beach does chicken right

Beach Buds Chicken is now my go-to chicken place. And judging from the recent visit I'm not alone. The place is a slip of a place with just six tables. Zodiac Grill owners expand their popularity to Bistro 41

Bistro 41? on Philips Highway has two serious selling points going for it already. No. 1, it is owned by Jerry and Lulia Ewais, the well-known proprietors of Zodiac Grill. Zodiac is an institution in downtown Jacksonville, with every table taken every day with foodies dying for their fix of hummus, moussaka or Greek salad. I make it a point to go at least once a week.
